About the project

On 7 September 2011, the Minister of Home Affairs of Vanuatu enacted Executive Order 180 of the Immigration Act 2011 under the powers conferred by Chapter XVII of the Vanuatu Immigration Regulations 2010, which was gazetted and entered into force on 13 September 2011. Pursuant to Section 12, paragraph 6 of Executive Order No. 180 of 2011, the right of abode in Vanuatu is granted if conditions are met.

Eligibility

  • The main applicant is over 18 years old;
  • No criminal record in the original place of residence;
  • Proof of assets equivalent to $350,000 can be provided

Application Materials

  • Applicant’s passport (scanned on the first page)
  • ID card scan (for adult applicants)
  • Vanuatu Investment Program
  • Scan of birth certificate (for applicant’s children, English translation or notarization is required)
  • Marriage certificate scan (for the applicant’s spouse, English translation or notarization is required)
  • Electronic photo with white background 40mm * 50mm
  • Certificate of No Criminal Record (notarized in English and Chinese)
